HOUSE OF PRAYER LEADERSHIP TRACKS

There are perhaps a countless number of strategies on how to organize people to begin praying and then continue praying together for sustained seasons of time. These House of Prayer Leadership Tracks are 3-part trainings aimed at leaders currently leading or who aspire to lead a praying church or house of prayer. Each series breaks down one of the broader aspects of how to practically develop and administrate a prayer culture. The sessions provide insights gleaned from dozens of houses of prayer as well as years of first hand experience.

ONLINE COURSES

We offer a number of online courses for leaders in the prayer movement. These resources include for-purchase eBooks as well as free audio series that explore important themes related to the prayer movement and the biblical foundations of worship and prayer. Together they provide helpful teaching on the vision, values, and biblical themes that help sustain a culture of prayer. Leaders may use these courses for personal study and/or to reteach within their own ministry context.

PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Partnership Development is an essential part of sustaining long-term ministry. This page contains resources designed to help leaders and missionaries build a team of people who will partner with them through prayer and financial support. These materials include books, courses, and practical tools that walk through the process of developing a healthy partnership team. They offer guidance on communicating vision, inviting others into partnership, and cultivating long-term relationships with those who desire to share in the work of building prayer and worship.

STREAMING CHANNELS

One of the great gifts within the prayer movement is the ability to peer into other prayer rooms across the country.  This page displays several streaming channels of houses of prayer and praying churches that have robust schedules and offer us a window into their world.  These streams provide us with sweet times of worship and intercession but perhaps more than that they allow us examples of what prayer and worship looks like in the day to day across several different ministries and cities.

NATIONAL INITIATIVES

Beyond our shores there are many incredible ministries laboring to build and expand the prayer movement in a wide variety of ways. This page gathers links to national prayer initiatives, events, and ministries that are helping mobilize believers toward prayer. It also includes additional resources that exist to equip and encourage houses of prayer and praying churches. These connections can help leaders stay engaged with the broader prayer movement and draw from the wisdom and resources of others.

HOW TO BUILD THE HOUSE OF PRAYER HANDBOOK

In our journey we often found ourselves coming up short, always operating with little money, limited human resources and no one to get answers from as we reinvented answers to problems that nobody really understood. This handbook represents seven plus years of hard learned lessons of trying to build a house of prayer from the ground up. The 14 sessions lay out practical steps we’ve learned of how to establish and maintain a house of prayer with limited resources and influence. I was surprised at how great of a joy it was to write this handbook; I was motivated by the hope that I could save people many headaches by simply providing ideas that had been proven to work at least once. I pray this will become a helpful resource to many who embark to pioneer houses of prayer in the coming years.
