Senior Staff Members

Brad and his wife, Amy, have three children and reside in Arlington. As the director, Brad teaches, helps cast vision for night-and-day prayer, and works closely with the Senior Staff (TPR’s Leadership Team) to run the various aspects of our base and mandates. In September 2005 the Lord spoke to Brad to “start a daily prayer meeting tomorrow morning at 5 a.m. and don't stop until I come back.” In response, he rallied a group of his friends to begin corporate prayer meetings the very next morning and has been doing 5 a.m. prayer seven days a week since that day. He has a vision to see tens of thousands of believers in the DFW region meeting daily in corporate prayer expressions all over the city praying for revival and preparing for Jesus’ return.

Andy and his wife, Vina, have four daughters and live in Arlington. They have ministered together since 2008 and want to see the Body of Christ encouraged, equipped, and empowered to do the will of God by walking in the revelation of who God is and who we are to Him. As a member of Senior Staff at The Prayer Room, he trains and oversees prayer leaders and manages the different systems that give infrastructure to the overall running of the Missions Base. Andy began participating in regular prayer meetings with Brad in the spring of 2006 and shortly after felt the call from the Lord to be a modern-day priest in His house.

Tyler was born and raised in upstate New York to a Christian family. Before Tyler ever knew about the prayer movement, he was so hungry to encounter God that, at the age of 16, he started doing daily prayer and worship in his bedroom one hour a day for years. Eventually he discovered the International House of Prayer in Kansas City and after graduating high school, he enrolled in their four year music college. The music school sent Tyler to teach at The Prayer Room‘s Missions Base in 2019. After he graduated, he moved down here to work for TPR full-time. After serving TPR for a number of years, Tyler has been given the opportunity to jump into Senior Staff as the Worship Director. Tyler has a longing to see Jesus glorified 24/7 and see revival touch Dallas-Fort Worth.
