Base Tours:
We recognize that many of you will be traveling quite a distance to come to this event and that you might like the opportunity to tour The Prayer Room Missions Base (the host site for this summit). TPR has been building night and day prayer since 2005 and currently has 22 hours a day of live worship. Tours will be led by core staff from TPR. Visit the Connect Table to sign up.
Co-Op Leader Meals:
The National Missions Base Co-Op formed in 2012. This group of house of prayer leaders have formed deep friendships and are the ones hosting this summit together. Each of these leaders has been building the house of prayer for 10+ years and we wanted to create opportunities to connect with you in small groups over a simple meal. As a result, each of the Co-Op leaders will be hosting a simple lunch on Friday that you can sign up for if you are interested in connecting further with any of us. There is limited availability per Co-Op leader to ensure a small group setting. Visit the Connect Table to sign up.
Prophetic Ministry:
The team that is coming from PIHOP has a rich history in offering leaders prophetic ministry and we are excited they have agreed to come and serve you in this way at this summit. Visit the Connect Table to sign up.
Location: back of the FF sanctuary
Green Room:
For your convenience we have set up a green room on site that will regularly be restocked with snacks, coffee, and other beverages. This room will be available at all times during the summit for you to refresh or to connect with each other. This is a dedicated space for you to get away and grab a snack if you need it at any point. Feel free to skip a session in order to connect with a new friend or catch up with old ones; this room is here for you.
Leader Meet and Greet with Members of the Co-Op:
These times are intended to be a way for summit attendees to meet members of the Co-Op, both to meet some seasoned leaders in the prayer movement as well as to connect with us as the summit hosts. The intention is that the Co-Op base leaders would all be present at the first meet and greet time (which will take place in the FF Lobby) and then will rotate who is present and available at the other times so that we all available to connect relationally at various times during the summit. These subsequent times will take place in the green room.

Many HOPs don’t have many or any Worship With the Word prayer meetings and we want to facilitate a time of showcasing what this looks like, imparting the value of it as well as describing the mechanics of it so you can do them at your HOP. In this session we will be participating in a Worship With the Word set using the harp and bowl model. You will be able to experience a set and then interact with a Q&A debriefing with Cheryl Allen and the team. This will be a rich time of experiencing the presence of Jesus through singing His word as well as gleaning practical skills and a deeper dive into different elements of the model.

Internships: (Jim Stillwell from HOPS)
Internships are one of the best ways to help build night and day prayer. In the Internship breakout session we will be giving you all the details on how to effectively start and run an internship that helps everyone from the student, stay at home parent, and those who work 40 hours a week to increase prayer in their life. We will discuss different aspects of the internship such as curriculum, schedule and why you should start an internship as soon as possible.
City Wide Connections: (David Brown from HOPS)
This table talk will focus on bringing awareness to local churches about your house of prayer and the prayer movement. We will discuss a simple but powerful tool we call “United Prayer For (your city). This tool has been effective to build relationships with local pastors and their leaders that makes the time ‘’all about them” as you get behind their vision for their local church through prayer and serving them.
Internships: (Bernie Felix from EGHOP)
Eastern Gate’s School of Ministry Internships immerse believers in a biblical worldview while cultivating a life of prayer, worship, and devotion to Jesus. With the prayer room as the central place of encounter, interns engage in corporate prayer and worship while receiving theological training that shapes their understanding of God, His kingdom, and their calling. These programs equip forerunners—rooted in Scripture, grounded in intimacy with Jesus, and prepared to stand as bold witnesses in their generation.
Hydrate: (Cheryl Allen from PIHOP)
You can begin to have an impact on global missions no matter the size of your prayer community. Learn how to coordinate monthly missionary prayer appointments that are meaningful and develop valuable relationships in the nations.
Recharge: (Ajay Samuel from PIHOP)
This is a way that we organize prayer room time and ministry for local ministry leaders. This table will focus on what it looks like to develop a once a month gathering to give ministry leaders in your region a taste of your prayer room while you grow your credibility in the community.
Worship Director: (Tyler Cochran from TPR)
The worship director role is crucial for establishing the worship culture at our base. It involves creating and maintaining rules that reflect the values and mission of the ministry. For our context, it includes, managing our on base managers, ushers and worship leaders, organizing various team rotations for services, auditioning and approving musicians, training new singers and musicians, and running our sacred trust (our prayer meeting accountability system to make sure people show up).
Staffing: (Andy Sanchez from TPR)
Having a dedicated staff is essential for sustaining a thriving prayer ministry. This table discussion will cover the importance of both volunteer and missionary staff in carrying the weight of day-and-night prayer. We will discuss key aspects of staffing, including how to recruit and structure a team, assign roles strategically, and develop godly healthy culture. Additionally, we will explore practical ways to establish accountability, foster staff development, and ensure the long-term sustainability of your ministry through shared leadership.
Part Time Programs: (Luke Fredenberg from TPR)
Part time programs have the potential to be a gamechanger for your ministry. Come learn how to build a program that fosters community, imparts the vision of your house, creates deeper buy-in and ownership in your people, and raises up long term intercessors to build your house of prayer.
Community Life: (Caitlyn Peterson from TPR)
Community is the glue that holds our ministry together. We intentionally strategize to help our people connect organically with each other, mostly by planning small regular events as well as large annual events. We’re always looking to create opportunities for relationships to grow.
Head Section Leader: (Nathaniel Preston from TPR)
At our base the role of section leaders is essential. They serve as managers, who are in charge of the whole base for small sections of the day. Having this kind of leadership in place is one of the most important things that we do to as a ministry to keep the fire on the altar maintain the schedule and take care of the wide variety of issues that can come up in the course of any given week. Our Head Section Leader then oversees this group of base leaders and reports to and works closely with our worship director.

These are intended to provide you with some practical training and equipping in a variety of areas applicable to most of you (or to those you lead). Some of these breakouts cover things you are already doing but might provide some unique insights because you’re hearing how another seasoned leader approaches it. Others of these breakouts may be newer to you. We are offering 5 different breakouts and you will be able to choose two of them because we will rotate at the half way point, with the exception of the Harp and Bowl clinic which will last the full two hours. We encourage you to attend whichever of the options seems most interesting and perhaps consider having someone else from your team attend at least one different one to increase exposure to the wisdom these Co-Op leaders carry.
Prayer Room Tools: (Amy/Todd in FF Sanctuary)
Come and enjoy an interactive round table discussion on how to utilize tools for your prayer room. This breakout will be co-led by house of prayer leaders with over 40 years of combined experience in the prayer movement. This session will be informative and interactive. You will leave with practical skills, as well as guides to help you grow your own staff and volunteer base.
Harp and Bowl: (Gary DePasquale in Crossroads Sanctuary)
This breakout will focus on the two components of a Harp and Bowl “style” prayer meeting that utilizes Praying the Bible and Antiphonal Singing. It will be part instructive and part clinical with practical Q and A. This would be a beneficial breakout for those that anticipate developing worship teams and prayer leaders or would like to bring some creativity to their existing prayer meetings.
Simplified Prayer Room: (Brad Stroup in Cross Roads Class Room)
You don’t have to have many resources human or otherwise to run a prayer room. You don’t even need musicians, though of course they are helpful. You just need to organize the few resources that you do have well. We regularly help houses of prayer to double or triple their prayer room hours by sharing just a few simple ideas.
Implementing the Prophetic: (Cheryl Allen in Crossroads Leader Room)
Hearing the voice of God is such an integral part of building a House of Prayer. As we prioritize ministry to God, the overflow is a prophetic ministry. Just like Samuel and Anna whose primary calling was to minister to God and from that place of friendship, they impacted people, cities, and nations, so we are called to do this in our local expressions. So how do we foster this type of overflow in our expressions? Come and learn how to develop a prophetic culture.
Cultivating a Worship Flow: (Ryan Hall in Crossroads Youth Room)
An interactive breakout where Ryan will be sharing stories from his journey as a worship leader and insights gleaned from mothers and fathers of worship and prayer over the last 25 years. Ryan has a passion for creating space for the flow of the Holy Spirit in every environment and will be diving into practical ways to cultivate room for spontaneous and prophetic songs that are anchored in intimacy and the Word of God.
