Year End Giving Campaign
We are so grateful for the ways God has blessed us in 2025! We have seen hearts touched and Jesus glorified because there is a place of 22/7 prayer and worship in our city.
But along with all the good, we’ve been in a tough, pruning season this past year. We know God has us in an intentional time of refining, and we’re doing our best to fully cooperate with His purposes– while also looking for ways to creatively alleviate some of the difficulties where He allows.
We’re focusing right now on strengthening our missionaries, who so tirelessly run this place, and upgrading our prayer room a bit as well. Would you consider sowing into one of these with an end of year gift?
On the giving page, select either All Missionaries or Prayer Room Upgrades from the dropdown menu.
Goal: $10,000
Our 12 missionaries raise their own support and pour themselves out day after day to keep The Prayer Room going. This current season has stretched each of them in significant ways, and we want to bless them with a financial gift to strengthen and encourage them.
What it means to be a full-time missionary at The Prayer Room:
30 hours each week in the prayer room – serving as worship leaders, ushers, prayer leaders, or section leaders, often covering the hardest time slots (from 3am to 1am).
15 hours a week of behind-the-scenes work – staff meetings, event planning, volunteer training, administration, finances, media, maintenance, scheduling, equipping other houses of prayer, and leading volunteer teams.
Raising their own support, since TPR can only provide a small stipend. Their income comes almost entirely from ministry partners.
Part-time missionaries do the same work at 25 hours a week instead of 45.
All of our missionaries live simply and sacrificially. Whenever we can, we love to give them a special bonus to honor their labor and help meet real needs. This ministry truly would not exist without them.
Would you help us strengthen and bless our missionaries financially in this challenging season?
Goal: $10,000
With 22 hours a day of continuous use, our equipment is definitely showing its age. Much of it has simply worn out from years of faithful service. Many things need to be replaced, but keep being put off for lack of funds.
Some of the items in need of replacement include:
Guitar chair – the current one is falling apart in the cushion
Mic stands – these break because of frequent repositioning
Music stands – many aren’t functional for worship leading
Electric drum box – the screen is broken and very hard to read
In addition, the prayer room carpet itself is over 10 years old and has been through a lot. After tens of thousands of hours of foot traffic, spilled drinks, children playing, and occasional dinner events, we’d love to replace it with something clean, durable, and welcoming.
These are the tools that directly support 154 hours of worship every week. Replacing them will help our musicians serve with excellence and will refresh the atmosphere of the room for everyone who comes to pray.
Would you help us update the equipment and environment that make 22 hours a day of worship possible?
On the giving page, select either All Missionaries or Prayer Room Upgrades from the dropdown menu.
