  • What to Expect:

    —These are smaller breakout meetings.
—They are intended to be informational.
—Instruction on key house of prayer building blocks.
—They will last approximately 1 hour.

Internships: (Zach Stilwell in Multi II)

Internships are one of the best ways to help build night and day prayer. In the Internship breakout session, we will be giving you all the details on how to effectively start and run an internship. We will discuss different aspects of the internship such as curriculum, schedule and why you should start an internship as soon as possible.

Harp and Bowl: (Gary DePasquale in FF Sanctuary)

This breakout will focus on the two components of a Harp and Bowl “style” prayer meeting that utilizes Praying the Bible and Antiphonal Singing. It will be part instructive and part clinical with practical Q and A. This would be a beneficial breakout for those that anticipate developing worship teams and prayer leaders or would like to bring some creativity to their existing prayer meetings.

Briefings and Debriefings: (Murray Hiebert in Annex Suite F [Lease Space])

Worship & prayer is an invitation to encounter the divine; it’s an invitation to experience the fire and the passion of Jesus. While utterly mysterious, God has made the door simple and accessible to all. It’s for the humble; it’s for the meek. God loves natural processes, so He made the stairway to His presence accessible by uncomplicated preparation in the scriptures. Straightforward steps to prepare can lead the team and the room into enjoyable and sustainable prayer meetings. Join us to learn pathways for everyone through briefings and debriefings.

Simplified Prayer Room: (Brad Stroup in Annex Suite G [Daniel Academy])

You don’t have to have many resources human or other wise to run a prayer room. You don’t even need musicians, though or course they are helpful. You just need to organize the few resources that you do have well. We regularly help houses of prayer to double or triple their prayer room hours by sharing just a few simple ideas.

Prayer Room Tools: (Morgan/Amy/Todd in Multi 1)

Come and enjoy an interactive round table discussion on how to utilize tools for your prayer room. This breakout will be co-led by house of prayer leaders with over 50 years of combined experience in the prayer movement. This session will be informative and interactive. You will leave with practical skills, as well as guides to help you grow your own staff and volunteer base.

  • Base Tours:

We recognize that many of you will be traveling quite a distance to come to this event and that you might like the opportunity to tour The Prayer Room Missions Base (the host site for this summit). TPR has been building night and day prayer since 2005 and currently has 22 hours a day of live worship. Tours will be led by senior leaders from TPR. A sign-up form will be emailed to you after you register, and sign-ups will also be available at the event.

    Co-Op Leader Meals:

The National Missions Base Co-Op formed in 2012. This group of house of prayer leaders have formed deep friendships and are the ones hosting this summit together. Each of these leaders has been building the house of prayer for 10+ years and we wanted to create opportunities to connect with you in small groups over a simple meal. As a result, each of the Co-Op leaders will be hosting mealtimes that you can sign up for one of if you are interested in connecting further with any of us. There is limited availability per Co-Op leader to ensure a small group setting. Sign-ups will be available at the event.

    Prophetic Ministry:

The team that is coming from PIHOP has a rich history in offering leaders prophetic ministry and we are excited they have agreed to come and serve you in this way at this summit. A sign-up form will be emailed to you after you register, and sign-ups will also be available at the event.

    Green Room:

For your convenience we have set up a green room on site that will regularly be restocked with snacks, coffee, and other beverages.  This room will be available at all times during the summit for you to refresh or to connect with each other.  This is a dedicated space for you to get away and grab a snack if you need it at any point.  Feel free to skip a session in order to connect with a new friend or catch up with old ones; this room is here for you.

Leader Meet and Greet with Members of the Co-Op:

These times are intended to be a way for summit attendees to meet members of the Co-Op both to meet some seasoned leaders in the prayer movement as well as to connect with us as the summit hosts. The intention is that the Co-Op base leaders would all be present at both meet and greet times so that we have the opportunity to connect with summit attendees.
