Intimacy with Christ
We were created for intimate fellowship with the God; those who draw near to the Him will experience the deep riches of knowing His heart. It's from this place of intimate knowledge of who He is that He begins to release revelation of what He wants. The longing of God's heart is to have a people who love Him and who are willing to partner with Him in the place of prayer. These resource series focus on the person of Jesus and how we can cultivate intimacy Him.
Learning to Receive
As a community, we’ve been experiencing some fatigue, and our leadership team has been trying to figure out what’s going on. While we probably don’t have it all figured out, one thing did stand out to us that we want to hone in on and try to see shift. As a community, we’re not great at receiving from the Lord. Part of the reason that we’re bad at this is because we haven’t done a good job of teaching on how to dial down and connect with the Holy Spirit. We’ve taught how to rightly divide the Word, how to interpret it and how to understand what scripture says, but our walk with Jesus is intended to be one of Spirit and Truth. When our spirits are weak, we must feed it not with truth alone but things of the Spirit. This 3-part series is aimed to help us see what posturing ourselves to receive from the Lord looks like as we journey this together.
